Ike is a dynamic business leader with over 20 years of executive and board-level experience across Africa and the Middle East having worked with JSE listed companies leading operations in Africa and Middle East including South Africa and Nigeria as Chief Risk Officer and Managing Director. He is highly skilled in leadership, strategy development & implementation, and corporate governance risk management & compliance. He is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Ethics Officer and has a Masters in SA and International Tax.
Rowan Kleintjes
Director and Senior Advisor
Rowan is an expert in business leadership and board advisory with over 30 years of business experience and more than half of them in various leadership positions with the last 15 years as CEO of two leading ICT companies. Rowan holds various board memberships including at Telecom Namibia and previously was a board member at NICTA and Chairman of Internet Exchange Point in Namibia. He has a BSc III Computer Science from the University of Namibia and various international accreditations.
Tinashe is a Chartered Accountant (CA, SA) with over 10 years of multinational experience in various Finance, Audit, Taxation, Financial Management and Reporting roles. He specialises in financial strategy, management & reporting, tax planning & compliance, statutory & tax audits and treasury management. Tinashe is highly experienced in transactional advisory including due diligences and fund raising. He has worked in various industries including Financial Services, Energy and Healthcare. His experience includes working with South African companies and international organisations.
Terrence is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and unlisted debt investments having participated in successful execution and incubation of numerous transactions in the Sub-Saharan Africa. He has B.com Accounting and B.com Hons in Finance degrees from Rhodes University, Financial Modelling & Valuations Analyst (FMVA), Commercial Banking & Credit Analyst (CBCA) from the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI) and is a CFA Level 3 candidate.
Tafadzwa is a transformational finance professional with success spanning over 12 years of providing strategic and operations leadership to overcome business challenges, guide business growth, cultivate new ventures and optimise efficiencies. He has worked in various sectors including, banking, retail, fleet management, and health care management across Southern Africa. Tafadzwa is a CPA-Australia, CIMA – UK, Chartered Global Management Accountant (AICPA – US), and has a Post Graduate Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management from Botswana Accountancy College.
Nigel is an experienced Innovation Consultant with experience spanning over 15 years across various industries in sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East and Europe. Over the years he has worked extensively in start-ups, scale ups and established corporations where his mandate is helping companies building innovation hubs as a core competency to accelerate turn-around and growth. He holds an MBA from the University of Glasgow and Postgraduate Diploma in Managerial Practice from the University of Cape Town.
